Onne van der Wal Photography Workshops and Lectures

Have you ever wondered how Onne van der Wal gets his amazing photos? What technical tricks does he employ to shoot with great results in the challenging marine environment? What is his digital workflow and how does he convert his raw files? In the summer of 2009, Onne answered the long time requests of his followers and began offering Photo Workshops to give insight into his photography. We have only scratched the surface, offering 3 photo “Workshops on the Water” over the summer and fall of 2009, shooting lighthouses and boats aboard a beautifully restored lobster boat in Narragansett Bay, RI. These workshops put shooters right in the action and have opened the door for other workshops like it and more with a different spin.

Planned for the 2010 winter are Newport workshops teaching the basics of digital photography, another on optimized digital workflow and exposure, and an advanced workshop aboard an expedition yacht in the Caribbean.
