How to Order

Please note that each photograph is custom produced. Your framed print will take approximately 3 weeks to be printed and framed. Please allow this time when placing an order. Rush orders are possible for an additional charge. Unframed prints take 1-2 weeks to produce.
Ordering Online
You may order from our secure online website 24 hours a day at www.vanderwal.com.
Find the image that you are interested in ordering.
1. Using the drop down arrows under the image, choose the size of the print and framed or unframed.
2. If framed choose the frame color.
3. Choose a color print, black and white or sepia.
Click 'BUY,' and follow the screen prompts to 'Continue to Checkout.'
Unfortunately our online software has limitations when calculating shipping charges for orders. We manually process all online orders and will adjust the shipping charges as needed. We will email you when the order is processed to notify you of the shipping charges. Below is an estimated price for shipping orders; price varies on size and distance. Order by Phone
You may place an order by phone when the gallery is open daily between 10 and 6 at (401)-849-5556. If the gallery is closed, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we open.
Order Information
For inquiries about an order already placed, please call the gallery at (401) 849-5556 or email us at gallery@vanderwal.com and we will update you on your order status.
Shipping
All shipping is shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Shipping prices are based on size and distance of delivery. Here is an estimation of shipping costs for framed prints, but a representative will email you the exact price after your online purchase.
Please note that you are not charged shipping on during check out on the website, shipping charges will be added and you will receive an email stating your new total. Your credit card will not be charged until we have notified you.
Standard Framed Photographs: (Custom Framed Prints are more expensive to ship)
Unframed photographs come rolled in a tube and are packaged in a box:
Up to 16 x 24 in a small tube and box: $20.00
20 x 30 and larger in a large tube and box: $40.00
Returns and Exchanges
We offer photographs of the highest quality. If for any reason a print does not meet your expectations, you may return it. We will gladly replace the print or give you store credit.
Gift Orders
We will happily ship your gift directly to the recipient with your personalized message on one of our beautiful note cards.
Gift Wrapping
Prints can be gift wrapped with ribbon for no additional charge. Please request it when you place your order
Gift Certificates
Can’t decide? Give a van der Wal Gift Certificate. Our Gift Certificates are issued for any amount, and may be used in our gallery, phone orders or Internet orders. You must have the Gift Certificate present to use it. If you have placed an order over the Internet or phone, you must mail us the Gift Certificate for your order to be shipped.
